Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please contact our Customer Service team by email, or call us on 01646 682905. All calls to Customer Services will be charged at the local rate (BT users only, other network charges may vary), and both inbound and outbound calls may be recorded for quality monitoring and training purposes.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Full payment is required at point of ordering, we also require your email address credit/debit card, without this information your order cannot be processed. A contact number is required for our delivery drivers or couriers so we may contact you if there is a problem with your delivery. Whilst we do not anticipate any problems with your order, we reserve the right to cancel your order at any point, this may be due to payment authorization problems, unobtainable stock, pricing or product description error or customers who fail to reach any order criteria set out in terms and conditions.

Description of products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto our system. Although we aim to keep our website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, stock levels and prices, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
Payment
- Be over 18 years of age
- Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable
- Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
Returns
Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that are made to measure or are made to your specification, that have been clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described. If you (the customer) are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may within 7 working days inform our customer service department in writing or email to arrange collection of the product at your (the customers) expense. On receipt of the goods, we will offer you a refund, providing we receive the goods in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to you. After the 7 days you will be offered an exchange or a credit note within 28 days.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
We strongly advise you to thoroughly check your goods upon receipt. To protect your interests, any claim concerning damaged and/or defective goods found on delivery or at a later stage, must be notified within 7 working days by emailing or calling 01646 682905. We will offer you a refund or exchange for damaged goods. Delivery, as a service, cannot be refunded. Once reported we will arrange an exchange for unsuitable/faulty goods. Returns and re-delivery of goods is at your (the customers) expense.
